Miller Sworn In To CFPUA Board

Henry E. "Hank" Miller III was sworn in to the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) Board during its regular meeting on June 11.

Miller currently serves as mayor pro tem of Wrightsville Beach and was appointed to the CFPUA board by New Hanover County, according to a news release.

“I am excited to join this important community organization as we approach the Sept. 30 consolidation of the town of Wrightsville Beach’s water and sewer services into the CFPUA system,” Miller stated in the release. “I look forward to joining the Board guiding CFPUA’s work to provide quality, affordable services to customers throughout New Hanover County.”

Miller is the president of Miller Realty Associates Inc. and M&N Construction Supply, Inc., and senior vice president of Cape Fear Commercial. He currently serves as chair of the Wilmington Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (WMPO), chair of the Wilmington Regional Film Commission and assistant treasurer of the board of directors of the Cape Fear Council of Boy Scouts.
