Local commercial real estate brokers and their firm earned 2024 CoStar awards, according to a recent news release.

Wilmington-based BlueCoast Commercial's Eian Lundy (pictured at right), executive vice president, and Steve Hall, vice president, were recognized for being two of the most active local dealmakers as part of the 2024 CoStar Power Broker Awards.

Lundy was named Top Sales Broker and Hall was honored as Top Sales and Office Leasing Broker in recognition of their outstanding performance in 2024, the release stated.

Additionally, BlueCoast Commercial was recognized as the CoStar Power Broker Top Firm in Sales, according to the release.

The awards are bestowed by CoStar Group Inc., a provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces.

According to the release, "These awards honor the top professionals and firms in the industry for achieving the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals in their respective markets."
