McLamb Returns To Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Office

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently announced that Amy Gutermuth McLamb has returned to the Autumn Hall office in Wilmington.

"Amy’s deep roots in the community, combined with her extensive knowledge of the local market and unwavering dedication to her clients, make her an invaluable asset to our team,” stated Polly Purnell-Norris, managing broker of the Autumn Hall office, in a news release.
 
Throughout her career, McLamb, who has lived in Wilmington since 1998, has been recognized for her hard work and dedication, including being named Runner-Up Rookie of the Year in her first year as a Realtor, according to the release.
 
“I have been fortunate to work with incredible clients who have each taught me something valuable about this industry,” she stated in the release. “I love the flexibility that real estate provides, allowing me to be both dedicated to my career and present for my family.”

McLamb resides in the Myrtle Grove Sound area and serves as the president of her HOA. She also volunteers at Myrtle Grove Christian School and Island Montessori Charter School, according to the release. She and her husband, Donald, have three children and share their home with their beloved dog.
