Becker Morgan Group recently announced that Caitlyn Fitzsimmons, an interior designer in the firm’s Wilmington, has earned the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) Certification.

"This prestigious credential is the industry’s benchmark of excellence in interior design, signifying Fitzsimmons’ dedication to advancing her expertise and upholding the highest standards of professional practice," according to a news release. "The NCIDQ Certification requires rigorous education, comprehensive work experience and the successful completion of a challenging examination."

The release added, "By earning this certification, Fitzsimmons has demonstrated comprehensive knowledge in areas such as building codes, professional ethics and design standards, all of which contribute to creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces."
