Engineering and technology firm the Timmons Group recently announced its newest shareholders: engineers David Duncan and John Wall.
Duncan leads the stormwater group for the Carolinas and southern Virginia.

"He has supported local governments and the public throughout the region for more than 10 years, providing a mix of MS4 support, stream and dam designs, SCM designs, floodplain analysis and permitting, stormwater system inspections and designed, permitted and constructed numerous infrastructure improvements for stormwater, roadways and utilities," according to a news release.
Duncan
(pictured at right) has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Clemson University and a master's in civil engineering and sustainability. He has his professional engineer certification in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Texas.

Wall
(pictured at left) is a project manager in the Wilmington office "with a strong track record of delivering successful design and construction projects for public and private clients across southeast North Carolina," the release stated. "His deep understanding of local permitting requirements and experience in private residential developments, warehouses, commercial sites, restaurants, senior living facilities, warehouses, and distribution sites offer a level of versatility to his clients."
Wall has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech and is certified in North Carolina and Virginia.
