Chris Ladner
Chris Ladner has been promoted to vice president-chief financial officer of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, a residential real estate agency based in Wilmington.

Previously serving as the company’s CFO, Ladner "has played an instrumental role in the company’s continued growth and success by implementing platforms and enhancing systems that have streamlined operations and client services," according to a news release.

He oversees not only the Southeast Region of the company but also the financials for the Sandhills, Myrtle Beach and Asheville regions.

“Chris has continually updated and integrated our processes and raised the bar on the resources that we provide for our agents,” stated Denise Kinney, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, in the release. “In turn, this maximizes the ways that we can best serve our clients and optimize their customer experience.”

A Wilmington native, Ladner attended Hoggard High School and after graduation served for five years in the U.S. Navy. Upon completion of his military service, he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and his master's in business administration at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

“Chris is an incredible asset to our team," stated Tim Milam, CEO of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, in the release. “He has introduced numerous programs and systems that have significantly benefited both our company and our clients. His proven knowledge and ability to develop and execute effective financial plans continue to make us more efficient.”
