The Williams Group has joined the Leland office of Wilmington-based Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. 

Comprised of husband-and-wife team Mitch and Sabrina Williams, along with Alan Karg, The Williams Group "provides a wealth of knowledge, talent, and dedication to their clients in Leland and the surrounding areas," according to a news release.

Mitch Williams (pictured at right) began his real estate career in his early 20s after graduating from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a business degree.

According to the release, his decision to pursue real estate stemmed from shadowing a friend in the field, "where he discovered his love of guiding clients through one of life’s most significant decisions." 

Sabrina Williams transitioned to real estate after a 23-year career as a dental hygienist, "where her ability to connect with people was at the heart of her work. Inspired by her natural empathy and people skills, Sabrina has found real estate to be a perfect fit for her passion for helping others," the release stated.

Alan Karg (pictured at right) brings 26 years of real estate experience to The Williams Group, with a specialization in new home development sales.

"A resident of the Compass Pointe community in Leland, Alan’s vast knowledge of Brunswick County and its laid-back lifestyle enhances his ability to guide clients in finding their perfect home or homesite," according to the release.
