Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has welcomed Jack Darling to its Hampstead office and Dawn Martin to its Autumn Hall office. 

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Darling is a resident of Hampstead who "enjoys the coastal lifestyle, celebrating the area’s friendly community, great weather, and seafood. Outside of real estate, he is dedicated to the local community and enjoys mentoring local athletes as head coach of the Topsail High School Wrestling Team," a news release stated.

Martin (pictured at right) "brings a wealth of experience and a deep devotion to service. After a 30-year career in law enforcement, she transitioned to real estate to continue her commitment to helping people," according to a release. 

Martin lives in Hampstead. She recently earned the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement from the National Association of Realtors, "a testament to her dedication to professional development. When she’s not assisting clients, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. She also loves watching sports and is an avid Carolina Panthers fan," the release stated.
