Margaret Rudd & Associates Welcomes Realtor Couple

Margaret Rudd & Associates Inc. Realtors welcomed two new sales agents to its Oak Island office: Elizabeth Barlow Gray and Keith Gray.

"With over 40 years of combined experience in the industry, the duo (pictured below) brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and personalized service to clients across Brunswick County," a news release stated.

Inspired by her father’s family business, broker and Realtor Barlow Gray ventured into real estate at an early age, according to the release.After completing her degree at Appalachian State University and transitioning from a career in social work, Barlow Gray earned her real estate license in 1993.

"Over the years, she has developed a reputation as a top producer, recognized for her ability to market properties effectively and her passion for helping buyers find their dream homes," the release stated. "Her expertise in the industry has earned her numerous accolades, including 'Best Agent' and multiple 'Top Producer' awards. Elizabeth’s long-standing commitment to community involvement and client satisfaction makes her a perfect fit for the Margaret Rudd & Associates Inc. Realtors team."

Keith Gray, Elizabeth Barlow Gray’s husband and longtime business partner, joins the firm "with an impressive background in both real estate and construction," according to the release.

After earning his business administration degree from Appalachian State University and gaining experience with Lowe’s Companies, Keith Gray transitioned into real estate and became a licensed broker. 

Karen Brake, president of Margaret Rudd & Associates Inc. Realtors, stated in the release, “Their combined experience, dedication to client service, and deep knowledge of North Carolina real estate will undoubtedly make a significant impact on the clients we serve.”
