Two Join Cornerstone Business Advisors Team

By Staff Reports, posted Oct 1, 2024

Rob Kaiser and Susan Mc Lean recently joined the Cornerstone Business Advisors (CBA) team, according to a news release.

Kaiser (pictured below) is the publisher and co-owner of Wilmington Media + Marketing, which publishes the Greater Wilmington Business Journal and other media properties.

Dallas Romanowski, the managing partner and a founding member of CBA, stated in the release, "Our client value proposition is all about our people. Rob and Susan bring a lot to the table and have already helped our firm grow."

When CBA was established in 2007, its primary focus was on business coaching and facilitating peer advisory boards. However, over the years, as the firm grew and evolved, it strategically shifted its focus to assisting business owners in successfully exiting their businesses. CBA achieves this by offering comprehensive services such as financial consulting, leadership coaching, and business brokerage.

In his role at CBA, Kaiser “will leverage his extensive network and strong reputation as a trusted community leader to foster business development opportunities. His connections with numerous business owners in the region will prove valuable in expanding CBA's reach and client base,” the release stated.

Mc Lean (pictured at left) “has made an immediate impact since joining CBA. Susan played a pivotal role in achieving a highly successful exit for Filmwerks as the CFO and co-founder. Susan possesses a wealth of experience in valuations and financial consulting. Her services are particularly valuable to business owners contemplating an exit,” the release stated.
