Blair Dwyer has joined StepUp Wilmington as the nonprofit employment agency's youth program manager, according to a news release.

Dwyer has more than 10 years of experience in the Wilmington education community as a former teacher, program coordinator and youth outreach specialist at nonprofits, UNCW, public charter schools, summer camps, the city of Wilmington and local businesses, the release stated. 

Dwyer also has a master's degree in environmental science from UNCW.

Through her work at StepUp Wilmington, Dwyer "is constantly motivated to inspire and advocate for youth in our community through the Future Leaders program and Restoring Opportunities Internships," the release stated.
