Commercial Real Estate Firm Adds Four Partners

Sun Coast Partners Commercial recently announced the addition of four partners to the Wilmington-based real estate firm's team: Cody Cress, Tyler Pegg, Patti Jones and Kari Wilkinson.

"These talented individuals have demonstrated exceptional productivity, commitment and leadership within the company, and their promotion to partners solidifies their investment in the company, Wilmington and surrounding communities," a news release stated.

Grayson Powell, president of Sun Coast Partners Commercial, said the new partnership will strengthen the company's capabilities.

"Cody, Tyler, Patti and Kari have been highly integral to the success of our company," Powell said, "and this partnership allows them to become even more deeply involved in our mission and growth."

Their elevation to partnership reflects their personal achievements and their collective impact on the company, the release stated.

Powell said in the release, “This new chapter in their careers marks a significant milestone for Sun Coast Partners Commercial, as we continue to expand our presence and influence in the commercial real estate market.”
