Chris Dan
Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently announced that Chris Dan has joined its Autumn Hall office.

Dan spent 16 years with the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio prior to joining New Hanover Regional Medical Center, where he worked for two years, according to a news release. He built and managed teams of health care professionals around the nation, the release stated.

“Chris’ extensive background in health care leadership allowed him to develop effective problem-solving and decision-making skills,” said Polly Purnell-Norris, managing broker, in the release. “His experience combined with his collaborative and concentrated approach when dealing with clients will serve him well in his real estate career.”

In addition to real estate, Dan also leverages his critical thinking skills to trade stocks and bonds. “Assessing the value of a stock and/or business is very similar to assessing the value of a property,” Dan stated in the release. “Both require solid research skills and an understanding of the national economic picture.”

Working on home renovation projects has also been fundamental for Dan, allowing him to refine his knowledge of building materials, interior design and landscaping, according to the release. He also enjoys boating, vacationing and spending time with his wife and their miniature schnauzer.
