Robuck Homes has added a new builder and an on-site sales agent to its newest Wilmington-area luxury home community, Winding Marsh, according to a news release.

Kathleen Postel of Fonville Morisey Barefoot is handling sales for the community, and Coastal Cypress Building Co. will be building alongside Robuck, the release stated.

For over 20 years, Coastal Cypress Building Co. has “earned a name as one of the premiere builders in North Carolina,” according to the release. The company’s luxury homes are in communities throughout the Wilmington area, including Brunswick and Pender counties. 

Winding Marsh is .2 miles from Pages Creek Park Preserve off Middle Sound Loop Road.

According to the release, prices for the “Southern-style” homes start in the upper $900s.
