Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently announced Cynthia E. Spivey joined its Winding River office.

“Cynthia is a local expert with a thorough knowledge of marketing,” said Kimberly Sands, managing broker, in the release. “Her focus on the priorities of her clients and affinity for working with people make her an excellent fit for the culture in our office, and our company. She is a wonderful addition to our team.”

Spivey is a Wilmington native "with a vast local network and a comprehensive understanding of the Southeastern North Carolina market," according to the release.

“I have always loved our beautiful shores and Southern charm,” Spivey said in the release, “but I have also been fortunate to travel the country and learn more about various architectural styles, people, food, and culture. Sharing my experiences and knowledge while guiding people to their dream home is very rewarding.”

Spivey has an extensive professional background in the telecommunications industry, where she was promoted from an initial role in marketing to a senior business systems analyst, according to the release.

"Having also worked in a role involving training business systems and call system integration, she has an in-depth knowledge of marketing and technology, along with a capacity for evaluating rapidly evolving situations," the release stated.

Outside of real estate, Spivey loves going dancing, watching sunrises and sunsets and exploring her creative side through photography.
