Davidson Joins Wilmington-based Real Estate Firm

Licensed real estate agent and broker Jennifer Davidson has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolina Premier Properties in its Landfall office in Wilmington. 

A Wilmington real estate professional since 2018, Davidson "brings expertise, market insight and a steady hand to guide her clients through even the most challenging real estate transactions," according to a news release.

Before launching her real estate career, Davidson worked for Fortune 500 companies, dotcom ventures and nonprofit organizations, the release stated. She also recently graduated from the 2023 Cape Fear Realtor Leadership Academy.  

“Jennifer shares Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolina Premier Properties’ commitment to quality and customer service,” said Jeff Sweyer, owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolina Premier Properties, in the release.
