Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage officials recently welcomed Wendy Flynn and Craig Gentry to the firm's South Brunswick office.

“Wendy is an accomplished agent with a 23-year track record of success,” said Jennifer Brown, managing broker, in a news release. “She is an amazing fit for our office and we are so proud to have her here.”

A consistent top producer for her sales production, Flynn has averaged between 30 to 35 transactions per year, according to the release. “I would rather have a client walk away from a potential new home that wasn’t a good fit or reject an offer with unfavorable terms. Building credibility and trust has been the lifeblood of my business, and it’s also been the best way for me to rest easy at night,” said Flynn.

She also has a degree in interior design from Bauder College. Outside of real estate, Flynn enjoys spending time with her husband, their family and pets. Her other favorites include going to the beach, hanging with friends and watching football, the release stated.

Of Gentry (pictured at right), Brown said in the release, “With nearly 25 years in the accounting field plus experience working for a major property management firm, Craig’s knowledge and expertise make him a valuable asset for his clients."

Working for Gem Management as a controller and supervising a staff of 10 accounting personnel, Gentry was responsible for directing financial operations, preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow and building relationships with industry partners.

Gentry served on the board of the Carolinas Council for Affordable Housing for many years. A native of North Carolina, he earned a double major in mnagement and marketing from Appalachian State University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing and supporting local charities when he isn’t busy helping his clients, the release stated.
