Kent Homes Wins Guildmaster Award

By Staff Reports, posted May 23, 2023
Kent Homes received the 2023 Guildmaster Award from GuildQuality for a 12th year in a row for demonstrating exceptional customer service within the residential construction industry, according to a news release.

Since 2005, GuildQuality, an Atlanta-based third-party customer satisfaction surveying company, has bestowed the Guildmaster Award to recognize and celebrate home building, remodeling and contracting professionals demonstrating the highest level of customer service within the U.S. and Canada, the release stated.

Out of nearly 2,000 eligible applicants across the U.S. and Canada, Kent Homes is one of only five new home builders in North Carolina recognized by GuildQuality "for consistently delivering a superior customer experience," according to the release.

In determining which businesses received the 2023 Guildmaster Award, GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates and considered two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers stating they would recommend the business to a friend and the percentage of customers who responded, the release stated.

“Kent Homes is ecstatic to be honored with the Guildmaster Award. Our GuildQuality likely to recommend score is the key metric we use to measure our success as a company. All of us at Kent Homes take tremendous pride in our transparency, publishing every single client survey," said Ashley Kent, president and owner of Kent Homes, in the release. "We are immensely proud to consistently deliver the exceptional customer experience we promise. I am grateful to our entire team for living the mission.”
