Wilmington-based residential real estate firm Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently welcomed several newly-licensed agents.

Josie Bald joined the Carolina Beach office. "A former dental administrator, she is prepared to offer calm and comforting guidance and support in high-stress situations. Josie is proud to have called New Hanover County home for the last 15 years," the release stated.  "Moving to New Jersey from Puerto Rico in the 90s and ultimately to Carolina Beach has provided her with a unique perspective on the challenges her clients face as they relocate from near and far, as well as fluency in both English and Spanish. Earning her bachelor’s degree in biology helped Josie hone her skills as a keen observer, and her ability to let no detail or nuance go unnoticed."

Maggie Milford joined the Midtown Wilmington office. A former teaching assistant, Milford also worked in real estate in the United Kingdom. "Maggie enjoys walking her rescue Jack Russell terriers, spending time with family, and going to the gym." according to the release.

Chloe Lineberry and Shawna Miller joined the South Brunswick office. "A former Chick-fil-a manager, she has a strong understanding of efficiency and excellent customer service. Josie chose a career in real estate due to her “love of working with and meeting new people,'" the release stated. She enjoys working out at the gym and making art and plays guitar in her spare time.

Miller's background in customer service and accounting "has provided a strong foundation for her shift into residential real estate. Shawna chose this career because she enjoys 'working with people and helping them find their dream home,'" the release stated. "Having purchased investment properties and managed her personal rentals, Shawna has first-hand experience with the challenges faced by buyers, sellers, and investors in her area." In her spare time, she enjoys working out, journaling and cooking.

Travis Hollomon and Cade Crowley joined the Hampstead office. "As a former business owner who served in law enforcement and the U.S. military, Travis brings the benefits of well-rounded work experience with profound responsibility to his new path. Travis chose the industry because he is 'passionate about real estate and real estate investing,' crediting his 'attention to detail, accountability, integrity, honesty, and strong drive' with equipping him to offer excellent service to his clients," the release stated. In his free time, Hollomon enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, weight lifting, shooting, hiking, and other outdoor activities.

With previous positions in brand strategy and management consulting, and a major in finance, real estate has always been Crowley's ultimate career plan, according to the release. "It's what I’ve always wanted long term and I’ve met the best people through it,” he said, crediting family and friends’ real estate careers with inspiring him. Crowley is an “avid writer, photographer, and gym goer,” and volunteers his time at a local food pantry.
