Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently welcomed Jake Connor to its Wilmington-Autumn Hall office.

“Jake is a knowledgeable and accomplished professional with a complex understanding of real estate, investing and the construction industry,” stated Polly Purnell-Norris, managing broker, in a news release. “This affords his clients with a well-rounded insight into their real estate transactions.”

At the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Connor, who is also a CPA, earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in accounting.
 
As an accountant for a local construction firm, as well as an Airbnb host, Connor also brings a thorough knowledge of interior/exterior design, building materials, construction practices, permitting and zoning, the release stated.

A native of Delco and a member of Riegelwood Baptist Church, Connor enjoys going to the beach, playing sports and traveling when he isn’t helping his clients, according to teh release.
