Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has welcomed several newly-licensed agents in recent months.

Raquel Diaz (pictured below) joined the Aspyre Realty Group at the Autumn Hall office in Wilmington, according to a Sea Coast Advantage news release.

"Her background in the service industry, and as a utility permit supervisor, have prepared her with excellent listening skills and the ability to meet the needs of her clients with diligence and joy," the release stated. "In her spare time, Raquel enjoys surfing, volleyball, gardening and working out at the gym."

Brooke Simmons,  Derek Criscitiello, Phillip Broughton and Millie Harris also joined the Wilmington office at Autumn Hall. Simmons “fell in love with all things architecture and home” while attending college in Charleston, where she received a degree in marketing, the release stated. Her educational background as well as experience in retail sales "has prepared her for both the customer service and the promotional aspects of her new career," according to the release.

"Brooke values building client relationships, and enjoys spending time at Wrightsville Beach with her French bulldog, Indi, as well as trying out new restaurants and exploring Wilmington," the release stated

With a background in fine dining and bar management, Criscitiello "is an expert at providing outstanding customer service. He is 'really crafty and handy with construction' and enjoys organic gardening, playing guitar, making electric music with a synthesizer, creating cocktails and working on classic cars — he’s in the process of restoring a 1967 Camaro."

An East Carolina University alum, Broughton works with the Burgaw Police Department. "His problem-solving skills also make him well suited to serving the needs of home buyers and sellers," the release stated. "Phillip enjoys hanging out with his dogs, Milo and Otis."

A former bartender with an educational background in human services and substance abuse, Harris "is uniquely prepared to provide empathetic and professional support to her clients. She is an excellent listener and strives to 'encourage and help people to fulfill their goals and dreams' and be a 'positive force' in the lives of others," according to the release. "A self-proclaimed 'huge sports fan,' she enjoys sharing this passion with her 14-year-old son. Millie volunteers her time with Helping Hands and the Salvation Army."

Christina Howard joined the Topsail office. With a history in sales and customer service, Christina’s real estate career began with building a successful vacation rental business in Ecuador. She has transitioned into residential real estate due to a desire “to help guide families home.” Christina enjoys cooking, music, nature, yoga, art, gardening, animals and travel.

Nadia Dominguez joined the South Brunswick office. A former professor of microbiology, infectious disease lab manager and owner/director of a tutoring and test prep business, Dominguez "is an expert in helping others understand complex processes and set themselves up for success," the release stated.

Of her choice to pivot into a career in the real estate industry, Dominguez said, “I enjoy serving and educating people and wanted a career change in which I could use my previous professional experience along with my love for houses and this area.” She enjoys many sports but is an avid pickleball player, ambassador and coach. She is also a volunteer tutor.
