Amber J. Johnson has joined the midtown office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.
Johnson is an experienced top-producing agent who has consistently worked to refine her skills, according to a news release. She has earned multiple education-based real estate designations and is a North Carolina real estate instructor. She has also earned a degree in paralegal studies and the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certification.
“Amber’s knowledge and advanced training in real estate makes her a trusted advisor to her clients and a valuable addition to our office,” said Carol Averitte, managing broker, in the release.
Understanding staged homes have a shorter market time and a higher sale price, Johnson has also completed advanced training in this area, according to the release.
"A resort property and second home specialist, she credits a portion of her success to her relentless work ethic and willingness to travel wherever the interests of her clients should take her, as she provides residential services throughout New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick counties," the release stated.
Johnson also completed an advanced curriculum to earn the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification, At Home with Diversity certification, and Performance Management Network designation, awarded by the Women’s Council of Realtors for training in leadership and business development. She has a long track record of service to the real estate profession, having served in a volunteer capacity on the professional development, government affairs, diversity, equity and inclusion and professional standards committees, according to the release.
Apart from helping her clients and spending time with family, including her husband, Darrin, and son, Liam, Johnson likes going to the beach, kayaking and camping, the release stated. She also enjoys painting and forming new creations in her pottery studio.
