Carla Supples recently joined the Leland office of Wilmington-headquartered Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.

“Carla is an experienced professional with extensive financial knowledge and a tenacious work ethic,” said Branch Manager Chris Royal in a news release. “This allows her to provide her clients with valuable guidance about their most significant financial decisions, whether buying, selling or investing.”

Having graduated with an MBA from East Carolina University, Supples "has impeccable business sense, superior organizational skills and a thorough knowledge of evaluating financial statements. These skills allow her to assist her clients in analyzing real estate opportunities and potential return on their investments," the release stated.

With a background that includes working in the utility business for 35 years and the auto industry for 10 years, Supples "is a highly effective communicator who enjoys connecting with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds," according to the release.

She said in the release working on her grandparents’ farm in her early years and helping with her father’s auto business were experiences that had a significant influence on her life, teaching her the importance of having a strong work ethic and building meaningful relationships, the release stated.

“I understand the tenacity that is needed to manage complex transactions, adhere to necessary timelines and negotiate successful closings,” Supples said in the release. “My goal is to provide a superior standard of support and service, so I constantly focus on making myself available to my clients and provide open, honest communications.”

In her spare time, Supples enjoys volunteering with her church and serving the community through her involvement with the United Way, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, the American Diabetes Association and the Alzheimer’s Association. Traveling, gardening and visiting her son and four nephews are some of her other favorite pastimes.
