The owner of The Law Offices of Richard Flexner recently changed the firm's name to Flexner Houser Injury Law, acknowledging its new ownership by attorney Jackie Houser, according to a news release.

Houser has decades of experience working for insurance companies, the release stated. She is an experienced litigator "who is comfortable in the conference room as well as the courtroom," according to the release. "She will use her knowledge and experience to fight for the injured and disabled."

Flexner, who retired at the end of 2021, said in the release, “I’m very excited, and gratified, that my good friend Jackie Houser is going to continue the tradition of professional excellence and superior client service at Flexner Houser Injury Law that we have established for personal injury clients in Wilmington."

Flexner and his team have represented injured people and their families for over 35 years.

“Richard Flexner is known for his skill and professionalism. He has been Wilmington’s go-to local personal injury attorney for decades,” Houser said in the release. “I look forward to continuing the firm’s tradition of tenacious representation of those injured by the negligence of others.”
