CopyPro recently garnered recognition from two awards programs for its service to customers.
The company was recognized as a Ricoh Circle of Excellence Certified Dealership, for outstanding service and support of the Ricoh product line, for the calendar year 2022. The accolade marks CopyPro’s 9th Circle of Excellence award.
CopyPro also recently earned the Konica Minolta Pro-Tech Service Award for its "dedication and commitment to delivering excellent service," according to a news release.
The Circle of Excellence standing is earned by select Ricoh dealerships nationwide. To receive this degree of excellence, dealers must demonstrate outstanding service and support to customers, as well as exceed the manufacturers’ requirements for service excellence. Dealers are chosen based on high scores in categories such as customer satisfaction and service organization structure.
“This certification was earned because of our thorough training programs, ability to manage productivity and efficiency, effective Help Desk program, and our continued dedication to improving customer satisfaction,” stated Debra Dennis, vice president of support services, in a news release.
CopyPro maintains equipment for clients in various industries, including health care, government, non-profit organizations, and all types of small business.
“I’m proud of our entire team’s commitment to quality customer service, from our technicians to our office staff and sales team, each one had a hand in CopyPro’s achievement,” states Jason Jones, CopyPro COO. “It is an honor to receive an award for serving our customers with dedication and passion, and to be listed among the most prestigious dealerships throughout the world.”
From copiers and printers to document management and business workflow, "the highly trained and experienced staff at CopyPro is committed to providing service excellence to every customer. With locations in Greenville and Wilmington, CopyPro provides service to all of eastern North Carolina," the release stated
The Pro-Tech program recognizes Konica Minolta dealers who demonstrate exceptional commitment to outstanding service of its award-winning imaging products including, but not limited to, copiers, printers and software solutions.
"This award is a symbol of quality, and an assurance of the professional, reliable service, and maximum performance you will receive with your Konica Minolta office products," according to a news release.
