Kirsti Reives Joins Leath HR Group

Leath HR Group, a human resources consulting firm, has added Kirsti Reives to the team as a consultant, according to a news release.

Reives joins us with more than 25 years of experience in human resources, stated the release. 

She has worked in a generalist capacity as a strategic HR leader and HR business partner, helping companies to build their human resource function and/or improve their current processes to drive organizational goals and effectiveness, stated the release.

“Kirsti’s experience and approach is perfectly aligned with Leath HR Group. Her capabilities pack a punch and we are thrilled to grow our team of HR experts with high caliber talent like Kirsti," officials with the firm said in the release.

Reives has worked across several industries, most recently in manufacturing, lab diagnostics, medical device and agriculture, officials said.

Reives has a bachelor’s degree from Roberts Wesleyan College in New York and also holds her certification as a senior professional in human resources. She has been in North Carolina for over 10 years, relocating to the Wilmington area full time in 2020.
