Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners Recognized With Awards

By Christina Haley O'Neal, posted Apr 6, 2021

Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners has been named the 2020 No. 1 Commercial Office in North Carolina for Coldwell Banker Commercial offices within the United States and Canada, according to a news release.

This marks the ninth year the office has earned the distinguished award, officials said in the release. Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners was the No. 1 office in North Carolina in 2008, 2012, and every year from 2014 to 2020, stated the release.

“This ranking means a great deal – especially considering the fact that the Wilmington market is a fraction the size of, say, Charlotte with a MSA population of 2.6M, fully 10x the Wilmington MSA," Mark Johnson, executive vice president and sales manager, said in the release. "This is astounding. And that we’ve been able to maintain this performance for most of our 15-year history makes it all the more so. We’re very proud of our entire brokerage team”

In addition, Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners' vice president Cody Cress, senior vice president and partner Don Harley and vice president Tyler Pegg, were all awarded the Silver level of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction, stated a release.

"The Circle of Distinction honor is bestowed upon the top-ranking sales associates among all CBC-affiliated sales professionals based on their Gross Commission Income for 2020," officials said in the release. "To achieve this level of production, Cress, Harley and Pegg all transacted several dozen sales and leases throughout the tri-county area, even in the midst of the global pandemic."

Two of the strongest market segments were industrial and land for residential and commercial development, stated the release.

“These brokers are consistent performers and have won this award on multiple occasions," Johnson said in the release. "Consistency is very hard to achieve in a market that is sometimes like a roller coaster, and only top performers like Cody, Don and Tyler make that happen on a regular basis.”
