Nest Realty of Wilmington has welcomed Debbie Elliott as a broker, according to a news release.

Elliott, the owner of public relations and crisis management firm Talk Inc., brings decades of experience in marketing and public relations to her new career as a broker with Nest Realty.

Elliott started her career in public relations 35 years ago at a public relations agency in Boston that specialized in commercial and residential real estate, she said.

She launched Talk Inc. in 1990 and has worked on a wide range of projects involving residential and commercial brokerage firms, developers, builders, engineers and architects throughout Southeastern North Carolina.

"Recently, I decided to combine my expertise in marketing and real estate into a new opportunity as an agent at Nest Realty," Elliott said.

The Wilmington franchise of Nest Realty was launched in 2014 by Ryan Crecelius, stated the release.

“We’re proud to welcome Debbie to the Nest Realty team,” Crecelius said in the release. “Her background in PR and real estate, in addition to her experience as a business owner, make her a great match for Nest and I’m confident those skills will translate well into her success as a broker.”
