Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has added two new real estate agents to its team, according to a news release.

Ayden Damitio and Patt Mason have joined the real estate firm's Autumn Hall office, officials said.

Damitio, a North Carolina native, has been a licensed real estate professional since he was 20 years old. He has extensive experience in the Raleigh market, where he began his real estate career, and will also continue to work with Southern Dreams Realty in Raleigh.

“With a thorough understanding of real estate investing, along with a talent for thinking on his feet and navigating pressure-filled situations, Ayden is an asset to both our company and his clients,” said Alex Paen, manager of the Autumn Hall office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, in the release.

Mason (right) has been a resident of Wilmington since 1981. She previously worked for another brokerage but left to join Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, stated the release.

She has a background in architectural design and direct sales.

“Patt is an educated, likable individual who epitomizes the concept of Southern Hospitality,” Paen said in the release. “Her knowledge of engineering, architecture and the local real estate market make her a valuable and trusted advisor to her clients.”
