The commercial real estate firm of Maus Warwick Matthews & Co. has announced the addition of a new commercial real estate broker, Gary Ochsner.

A resident of Raleigh for many years, Ochsner successfully operated his own business there, according to a news release from the firm. 

"His experience includes a wide array of commercial real estate transactions, with a primary emphasis on retail, multifamily and mixed-use projects," the release stated. "His site selection assignments have involved many national firms as well as local investors."
