Amy Neathery has joined Landmark Sotheby’s International Realty, the agency announced recently. Neathery comes to Landmark Sotheby’s from Landfall Realty, where she spent eight years. She and her family moved to Wilmington in 2002.

"Amy Neathery is undoubtedly one of the rising stars in the New Hanover County real estate marketplace,” Nick Phillips, broker and owner of Landmark Sotheby’s, said in a news release. “We are very excited to provide Amy with the tools, resources and reach of Sotheby's International Realty that will help her achieve the highest level of success in her future business."

Sotheby’s International Realty agents are a part of a global real estate network of more than 990 offices in 72 countries and territories and more than 22,500 affiliated sales associates worldwide, according to the release. The company’s brokers also have an exclusive relationship with Sotheby’s Auction House.
