Teri Moylan has joined KBT Realty Group - Keller Williams as director of growth and operations for the Wilmington team, according to a news release.

Moylan joined KBT Realty Group in November. She will use her expertise in operations and administration, and provide agent value in her new role at KBT Realty Group, which is an independently owned and operated Keller Williams office, officials said.

“I am excited to step into this role to guide the growth of the KBT Realty Group as well as the growth of the individual agents who are a part of this team,” Moylan said in the release.

Moylan, who grew up in Goldsboro, holds a bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University. She earned an MBA from the University of Tennessee.

Moylan obtained her real estate license in 2002. She sold real estate for 10 years in Reno, Nevada, where she was ranked as a top producing agent.

When she moved back to North Carolina in 2012, Moylan took a four-year break from real estate and managed Atlantic Dental Group.

She later returned to real estate and worked as a marketing center administrator for Keller Williams.
