Just for Buyers Realty has welcomed Tim Chappell, who has joined the firm as a buyer's agent.

Chappell assists buyers in evaluating financing, researching properties and recommending inspectors, among other tasks and duties, according to a news release.

He is a graduate of the Coastal Real Estate School in Wilmington and was most recently with Century 21 Sweyer and Associates, where he represented both buyers and sellers. Chappell, however, found a passion for the buyer's side of real estate.

“Tim truly connects with buyers. People love working with him because he has so much energy that it’s contagious. But mostly, they know he genuinely cares about them and their specific circumstances,” said Kathleen Baylies, broker in charge at Just For Buyers Realty, in the release.
