WCFHBA Announces 32nd Annual Parade Of Homes Award Winners

The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA) has announced the 32nd annual Parade of Homes award winners, according to a news release.

The awards were presented at the annual Parade of Homes awards banquet held May 4 at the Wilmington Convention Center.  Since 1986, the WCFHBA has showcased the region’s finest homes through our annual Parade of Homes, officials said in the release.
 
This year’s parade featured 75 single-family houses, townhomes and custom built homes with a combined value of $35 million dollars.  The homes were categorized by price range and judged based on craftsmanship, quality of materials and interior and exterior features.
