Wrightsville Beach Aldermen Select New Committee Member

The Wrightsville Beach Board of Aldermen has added a new member to the town’s marketing committee.

Samantha Black, digital marketing coordinator for the Blockade Runner Beach Resort, was recently selected by the board and will serve a two-year term on the committee, according to a press release.

Black graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2015. She joined the Blockade Runner Beach Resort in the spring of 2016.

Black has been active in promoting tourism and community-related interests for both Wrightsville Beach and the Wilmington area.
