Robin Kipple has been named the new senior director of population health and clinical integration at Well Care Home Health, according to a recent press release from the company.
Kipple brings 20 years of home health care experience to the Well Care team. She joins Well Care’s senior management team to implement innovative care models and spearhead clinical pilot programs, according to the release from the a Wilmington-based health care company.
“I’m thrilled to join the Well Care team and be part of a progressive, innovative company in the post-acute care space,” Kipple said. “Well Care’s 5-star rating from CMS and future growth plans is incredibly exciting to me and I look forward to this new opportunity.”
Most recently, Kipple directed all clinical and practice outcomes for 15 health care locations across three different states and oversaw nearly 800 clinical trials.
At Well Care, she will lead advancements in cardiopulmonary care, wound care, and disease management, as well as develop and oversee new value-based delivery models to help forge closer relationships with referral sources across the state, officials said.
She will also collaborate with the Well Care team to drive patient engagement and experience.

Kipple is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University and holds a bachelor’s of science degree in nursing.
Her addition to Well Care’s Senior Leadership team comes in the midst of the company’s 30-year anniversary, along with the agency’s Triad expansion into Iredell and Rowan Counties.
The agency launched in 1987 with seven employees and began providing home care services in New Hanover County, according to a press release from Well Care Home Health. The company today has grown into an integrated home health and home care agency that services 42 counties in the state and employs more than 800 people.

Over the past 30 years, Well Care has received several accolades. Most recently, the company’s Wilmington branch was named one of the top agencies in the state with a percent 5-star rating by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Well Care received the distinction of HomeCare Elite ranking in the top 25 percent of home health agencies in the nation for three consecutive years, between 2014 and 2016.
Well Care currently has three regional home health offices across the state – Raleigh, Wilmington and Mocksville – along with other home care offices in Goldsboro, Jacksonville, Supply and Whiteville.
The agency plans to grow within their current markets and across state lines in the near future, according to the release.
