Allied Universal Security Systems (AUSS) a division of Allied Universal, one of the largest security guard services in the U.S., is expanding its operation to Wilmington, according to a news release.
 
AUSS is a systems integration company providing value-engineered design, installation and support services for a variety of commercial and industrial electronic security systems, the release stated.
 
Serving the Carolinas since 1977, AUSS has eight offices throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. Larry Blumenfeld, formerly of Cyber Security Integration and former president of Access Control Consultants, a systems integration business that served security systems needs of customers in the Wilmington area, will lead AUSS’ expansion into the Cape Fear region.
