Wells Fargo Home Mortgage has added two home mortgage consultants to its Wilmington office, Joseph Floyd Roghelia and Luther “Jack” Snypes.

Roghelia, who has more than 15 years of financial and industry experience, recently returned to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Previously, he was a manager at Coastal Carolina Moving, the company’s news release stated.

“We are excited to have Joe back in our organization,” Lisa Mesler, branch manager of the Wilminton office, said in the release.

Snypes has more than 23 years of financial and industry experience, a news release from Wells Fargo stated. Most recently he served as a renovation specialist with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Charlotte.

“We are excited to have someone of Jack’s background join our organization,” Mesler said in the release.

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is a division of Wells Fargo Bank. In 2012, the company funded one of every four mortgage loans and serviced one of every six mortgage loans in the U.S., according to its release.
