Edward Teach To Host Pairing Dinner And Anniversary Block Party

Edward Teach Brewing, 604 N. Fourth St., is teaming up with The Little Chef Food Truck for a beer pairing dinner at 7 p.m. Dec. 5.

Guests will enjoy three courses paired with an Edward Teach beer for $27 per person. 

The first course will feature a spicy Caribbean shrimp cocktail and a dragon fruit and spinach salad served with Cutlass German Lager. The second course will be crispy pork belly with Tonkatsu glaze and scallion fried rice paired with Devil's Son IPA, and the third course will be a petit gateau with vanilla gelato and Black Porter ganache paired with the Black Spot Black Lager.

Only 50 tickets will be sold, and they are available through The Little Chef Food Truck and at Edward Teach Brewing.

The brewery will partner with The Brooklyn Arts Center for a 1-year anniversary celebration and Toys for Tots block party from 5 to 10 p.m. Dec. 14.

The event will take place on Campbell St., between Edward Teach and the Brooklyn Arts Center, and will include live music, local vendors, and food trucks such as Joe Loves Lobster Rolls and Cheesesmith.

Admission to the event is an unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots; all toys will be presented at L-Shape Lot Toys for Tots Concert on Saturday, Dec 15 at the Brooklyn Arts Center.
