Realty Company Moves To Larger Space

By Cece Nunn, posted Aug 18, 2014
Wilkinson ERA Real Estate of Wilmington has moved its Racine Drive office to a bigger, nearly 1,000-square-foot space in Suite 240 at 1826 Sir Tyler Drive.

The agency, which also has an office at 4833 Carolina Beach Road, Suite 106, needed more space, said Fred Gainey, Realtor and broker in charge. It will maintain the Carolina Beach Road location.

The new office is one floor above the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors in a three-story building across from Mayfaire Town Center. WRAR opened its headquarters there in September 2011. Another occupant of the facility is The Terraces at Sir Tyler, a venue for wedding receptions, business meetings and other events.
