Oleander Drive Uniform Business Moving To New Location

By Cece Nunn, posted Oct 28, 2014
A business that sells medical scrubs, nursing accessories, chefwear and professional shoes is moving to a bigger retail space this week.

Greg's Uniforms will open its new location at 3910 Oleander Drive on Nov. 3. "We were just packed to the ceiling in the other store," said owner Craig Magill.

An increase in demand and more offices buying uniforms helped lead to the expansion, Magill said. The new space is about 2,600 square feet, he said.

"By doubling our floor space, we can stock a greater selection of styles and sizes while making it easier to find items. Adding cashier space and dressing rooms will allow people to get in and out quicker. Plus, the new store has better street access from both directions," Magill said in a news release.

Broker Patrick Riley of Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co. represented Greg's Uniforms in the leasing transaction.

The new Greg's Uniform location is between Pet Supermarket and The Vitamin Shoppe. Its former address was 4007 Oleander Drive.

Magill and his wife, Krista Hansen, bought Greg's Uniforms in 2010, the news release said, and they operate the store alongside longtime store manager Debbie Gray and her sales team.
