By Cece Nunn, posted Sep 12, 2014
A Verizon Wireless store and a mattress business will occupy a new 9,003-square-foot building in the Waterford Business Center in Belville, a real estate company announced Friday.

Harley & Associates Commercial Real Estate Inc. sold the lot to a developer who will construct the future home of Sleepy’s Mattress and the Verizon store, according to a news release. Broker Don Harley represented his firm in the transaction.

Also in the Waterford Business Center, N-Touch Wireless leased nearly 1,300 square feet Sept. 1 at 473 Olde Waterford Way, Suite 119, according to Harley & Associates.

Broker Hank Adams of Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners represented the tenant, and Don Harley represented the landlord.

Harley & Associates is the exclusive marketing and leasing firm for the Exum Family LLC, which owns the business center, located off U.S. 17.
