A central Wilmington retail development is reporting 100 percent occupancy.
Hill Rogers, broker in charge with Cameron Management Inc., announced Wednesday that the ground floor retail space at Barclay Commons is fully leased.
“We have had an outstanding third quarter at Barclay Commons this year,” Rogers said in a news release. “We have built upon two long-standing tenant relationships to support their growing businesses as well as welcomed a new business.”
Scott & Stringfellow and Perry’s Emporium – two tenants with occupancy in Barclay Commons since its construction – both expanded their presence in the development, according to the news release.
Alan Perry, Owner of Perry’s Emporium, is opening The Wedding Dress Shop at Perry’s Emporium, while Scott & Stringfellow – an investment management unit of BB&T Bank, is expanding their space to add additional investment representatives.
The Fixx Hair Studios is also a new tenant in Barclay Commons, which will be located in space formerly occupied by Adora Bella Salon.
Earlier this month, Cameron Management officially announced the opening of Coworx at Barclay Commons, which provides turnkey workspace solutions including executive offices and desk space.
Barclay Commons is a mixed-use development offering office and retail space, located at the corner of Independence and Shipyard boulevards.
