ForeverHome Continues Market Entry With New Development

By J. Elias O'Neal, posted Jul 1, 2013

A Triangle-based homebuilder continues to aggressively add new rooftops to the area’s recovering housing market.

ForeverHome is now selling residences in its fourth housing community in the Wilmington area, according to a news release.

Called Bella Sera Villas at Vineyard Plantation in the Porters Neck area, the community is made up of 42 home sites offering single-family and townhome designs, the news release stated. Neighborhood amenities include a large pond, clubhouse, pool and walking trail. The home sizes range from 1,700 to 2,300 square feet and are priced from $249,000 to $299,000.

Wilmington-based Intracoastal Realty Inc. has been retained as the exclusive sales agent for the subdivision, the news release stated.

“Intracoastal Realty is an excellent marketing partner,” Joe Reese, division president of the Wilmington division of ForeverHome, said in the release. “ForeverHome is steadily growing each year, and we anticipate that will continue in this area.”

ForeverHome is currently selling residences in the housing communities of Salt Grass at Marsh Oaks, The Regency at Landfall and Anchors Bend – a former bank-owned property off Middle Sound Road.
