Jessica Riffle Edwards, of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, was recently a guest video blogger for the national Homes.com website.
Edwards, a broker with the firm who often posts videos with real estate advice, shared tips for real estate professionals about using video blogs to get the attention of potential clients.
Among the tips on the post are to keep it short – she stays under three minutes with hers – avoid following a script and talk naturally.
Edwards’ video blog recently got some attention with her real-estate inspired spoof on Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” summer hit song.
Her post with Homes.com can be found here.
