Leland-based Trusst Builder Group has formed an exclusive marketing alliance with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage to market all Trusst Builder Group homes throughout New Hanover and Brunswick counties, according to a news release.
Trusst Builder Group boasts many neighborhoods throughout the greater Wilmington area, including Brunswick Forest, Ashton Forest on Olde Fayetteville Road and Hearthstone on Lanvale Road.
Coldwell Banker Sea Coast will also market Trusst’s House Calls program, where prospective homeowners can select from a portfolio of house plans to be built within the neighborhood of their choice, the news release stated.
“This alliance is unique in our marketplace,” Shawn Horton, owner of Trusst Builder Group, said in a news release. “Other builders have agreements with brokerage firms to market a specific neighborhood, but this is the first time a local builder has formed an exclusive agreement in which all Trusst Builder Group properties will be marketed through Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.”
Tim Milam, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, welcomed the partnership.
“Trusst Builder Group is an extraordinary builder of the highest caliber that has built more than 2,000 homes in neighborhoods throughout New Hanover and Brunswick counties since 1992,” Milam said in a news release. “They are unique in the quality and value they bring to each of their homes … we’re excited to have the opportunity to market their homes in all of their neighborhoods.”
In mid-August, Trusst Builder Group will also relocate its corporate offices from two locations in Brunswick Forest to a new, 2,968-square-foot space at 1022 Grandiflora Drive, Suite 130 in the Magnolia Greens retail center along U.S. Highway 17 in Leland.
