Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty announced that Justin Ash has been named managing broker of its Topsail Island office in Surf City and sales manager of its Sneads Ferry and Hampstead offices.
Ash has been a real estate agent sales associate with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage since 2005.
According to a press release from the firm, he’s been a top producer for many years and won numerous accolades and awards during his time with the company.
Prior to assuming his role of managing broker, Ash was instrumental in the start-up of several new home communities including Courtney Pines, Mill Creek and The Willows.
Most recently, Ash was in charge of the sales and marketing of the Bellingham Park and Topsail Landing condominium communities, the release stated.
