Mary Ann Euverard, a resident of Wilmington since 1979, has joined Intracoastal Realty as recruiting coordinator. In this position – a new one for the firm – Euverard will recruit leading real estate professionals to join Intracoastal Realty’s team of more than 250 agents in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick counties.
“During the recession, a number of agents left the industry altogether to pursue other opportunities, and now that the market is beginning to warm up again, we felt it was the perfect time to step up our recruitment efforts,” said Jim Wallace, CEO of Intracoastal Realty. “Mary Ann brings 35 years of real estate experience to this position and we’re confident she will do a brilliant job of educating agents about the many benefits of joining the Intracoastal team.”
Euverard, a real estate agent since 1977, has worked in the Wilmington market since 1979. In 1993, she became a broker in charge and has served in management positions in local real estate companies since that time.
Established in 1976, Intracoastal Realty is the largest independent and locally owned and operated real estate brokerage firm in southeastern North Carolina, with eight area offices.
