A new president, officers and board of directors of the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association were installed recently by the current president of the North Carolina Home Builders Association, Frank Weisner.
For 2010, John Lancaster with Venture Homes of Coastal Carolina LLC will serve as the president of the board of directors for the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association. Steve Niemeyer with Wrightsville Builders, Inc. is the new first vice president and Deans Hackney with Signature Homes of Wilmington Inc. is the second vice president.
Jeff Hilton with Southern Homebuilders, Inc. will serve as secretary to the board. Hiram Williams with Action Construction Co. is the new treasurer. Craig Stevens of Stevens Fine Homes will join the past president’s council. Jeff Stokley of Stokley Development Corp. is the immediate past president and Donna Girardot is the executive officer.
Twenty new directors were installed to the board. The 2010 directors are Heath Clark with Bill Clark Homes, Rick Crocker with MoldStoppers, Randy Johnson of Builders First Source, Jim Cushing with E.W. Godwin’s Sons Inc., Jimmy Doster of Doster Building Co., Mark Johnson of Mark Johnson Custom Homes, Bart Edge with Atlantic Blue Management, Inc., Ed Lyman with Piedmont Natural Gas, Pete Bourne with Waterway Homes, Brenda McDonald, Rick Miller with ProBuild, Page Robertson with Brookside Homes, Jeff Sanderson with Whitney Blair Inc., David Thomas of D.P. Thomas Construction, David Smith of David Smith Builder/CFCC, Diane Keenan with Star-News, John Franck with Crescent State Bank, Tim Milam with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty, Jim Wallace with Intracoastal Realty Corporation and J.C. Hearne of White & Hearne, LLP.
Additionally, the association’s 2010 Executive Committee of the Cape Fear New Home Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) was sworn in.
