Wilmington-based James E. Moore Insurance Agency Inc. has hired Laura Stoy as a commercial lines coverage specialist.
Stoy’s focus is on helping owners manage the property and liability risks of their businesses, according to a news release.
She has been a Wilmington resident since 2002 and graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in business management.
Before joining James E. Moore, Stoy spent the six years as director of events with Bon Appétit Restaurant and Catering.
